Why is it worth choosing "Cadet" HEMA jacket?
Product available only in black color.
I got this because I wanted something lighter than a standard fencing jacket. It's definitely light but I don't feel that I'm sacrificing protection for mobility. I was initially concerned about the lack of protection on the upper arms, but this hasn't been an issue. It's significantly lighter and cooler than a typical fencing jacket. I also made and inserted a kydex throat protector with blade catcher in the neck flap and attached a snap to keep it in place. It seems to work very well. You will need hard elbow and forearm protection and these seem to run big since the large is almost too big for me even with a plastron underneath.
