Order process

Order realization.
The order is realized once we receive the payment for it. If the chosen products are in stock, we usually send the parcel within 3 working days. If we do not have the product in stock then we will either place you on a pre-order for the next shipment, or offer you a refund. Whichever you would prefer. Please understand that it may be a while before the product is in stock again. In some special cases (like products made for personal measurements or those with modifications for customer's request), the production process may take more time. In such situations, you will be informed by phone or email.

Changes and modifications.
Any order modifications and changes are possible before we start the realization process. If you wish to change something in your order, please contact us as quick as possible by phone or email. All the details are presented in our Terms and Conditions at this website.

Shipment and delivery time.
We inform you by email that we sent your order. Usually, it is on the same day that we realize it on. Email information includes the parcel number that you may use to track your goods. The approximate times of delivery can be found in the tables below.
